SCH Fey Union at Level 70

Instead of having the fairy tether to the target, why not make the Fairy get attached to the target instead? It's a "union" right?!

I can't believe the fairy will just sit there doing nothing (and wasting energy) if the target moves out of range. She should follow them or cancel the skill.
