SCH Fey Union at Level 70

I love get union and i think it adds a nice complexity and micro management that makes healing as a SCH fun at 70 but It feels very weak at the moment. it could use a potency buff given it's limited use. with your pet not being able to use it's abilities I've found the best time to use it is when your pets abilities are on cooldown since the let isn't going to use any ability It feels that the heal over time potency is too slow. the ability has nice potential but at the moment it's not going to help save a party member and you're just better off spamming psyhok and embrace when you need to heal up a party member fast.

ive seen some SCH bot use it at all or kust barely. the concept and micro managemebt is noce but it feels less IMPACTFUL in our playstyle for a Level 70 spell.

anyway just my 2c. what do you guys think?

How much does a tick of fey union heal on a target and what about physick at the same level? Just curious to see that the healing potencies are consistent.

it heals about the same as psyhok. however the range is too small and you can miss ticks when the party member runs away to avoid mechanics. because of this in healingintensove fights you'd rather really just use rouse and let the pet spam embrace.

The potency is listed as 480, but Fairy is also inherently weaker than the SCH is in the first place. Combined with the fact that the range is tiny and it stops all other pet actions... :/

Feels sorta like they wanted an excuse to have something to put on the Scholar's class UI bar.

A couple of fixes I could think of:
- Make it affected by Rouse (currently isn't)
- Increase the range on it to 25y
- Activating it doesn't root the fairy in place

It is affected by rouse actually. I sweat i saw it ticking at 2k more after being roused. But 10 yalms is def too short.

Then I'm afraid you were imagining things.

I could see it as being very usable if casting it made the Fairy fly to the target and link up, then return to you as normal once it ends. Especially if something was done to ensure that the Fairy would not get brutally murdered for doing this to a tank.

There might still be questions of potency later, but at least it would feel consistently targetable. (Rather than a waste of time if someone runs the wrong way and it breaks, etc.)

the range is definitely a big issue. the interaction between pet and union target needs some improvement or qol buffs.

if love for it to either move with the target or.. have the fairy begin the link at 10y and let the range extend up to an additional 10y so the person can freely move while still being linked.

That's why i was asking for numbers lol. Last cap it was worth 2/3 of real Healer potency. 300 potency embrace = 1/2 of physick in HW. 480 should equal about 320 potency. 120 more potency than old embrace but meh. Dead Scholar is dead.
