72 hours ZERO Progress; please do something

I try a few times and then afk/log off. In my experience if it's a lottery, I'll lose! There should be an actual queue in place for this. Something should be done. I expect server crashes at launch, but something like this I've never seen. I've been around for the EQ1 falling through the world bugs, the Vanguard "coming soon" dungeon sign, and this still is a new one. There needs to be some communication or even a vet to betas like me is going to wonder wtf is going on...

Player with bad RNG can't get into instance

Hello, thank you for your more civilized thread. I would rather bump this than the "I QUIT!!!!!!GRRRR!!RAGE!!" threads.

I too have done other things since getting on this "Best served with Cold Steel" quest on the first day of early access.
I have:

-Obtained level 63 Paladin
-Obtained level 61 MIN
-Basically obtained level 61 BTN
-Gotten level 52 RDM
-Unlocked SAM
-Set up all jobs hot bars
-so on so forth

But, I have also tried clearing the Cold Steel Instance, but cannot seem to get in. After 2 full days (this this is day 3 over-lapse) I'm still unable to get into this instance. This means thousands and thousands, if not hundreds of thousands or more players have gotten past this instance who have reached this quest after I have. This is due to my severely poor RNG numbers.

I have also tried getting into the instance over 200 times per attempt. (Totaling over probably 2000++ attempts.) I try when I sign in, random times during my day logged in, then before I log out before I leave for work, and then I also try when I get off work, then before I log out to go to sleep. Then I try first thing in the morning when I wake up, and even now I have only slept 5 hours trying to get up a little earlier to see if i can manage beating the huge influx of players, and i'm now getting kicked from the game and getting errors 3102, 90002, and 90006.

Please continue to look into the issue and address it. It would be very unfortunate if i am unable to get passed this quest come the 20th and have to then contend against the release crowd as this would have rendered early access nearly pointless.

*Additional info for other players*
If you have a buddy who can go to the other side of the wall in "The Fringes" they can raise you into the other side so you can unlock "The Peering Stones" Aetheryte and explore there. This gave me the opportunity to do more level appropriate FATEs since i'm getting higher and higher in level based on my access areas.

Square, seriously, have have you not learned from past launches? Why are you ignoring the issue?

I'm not spamming the quest either, but I DARED make an attempt at it first thing when I woke up this morning, and now I'm in 90k purgatory. This is unbelievable.
