I know I'm just another thread in a sea of "can't get past Best Severed with Cold Steel" but I'm hoping that if maybe, just maybe, we add one more thread to the pile, something will get done.

I have NOT been spam clicking on Raubahn
I HAVE been going and doing other things
I have been playing, aside from sleeping, since 4am Friday.
I still have not gotten past the MSQ Best Severed with Cold Steel.

Please, please, consider doing something more than 'wait and let it sort itself out'

I'm pretty much done at this point. Will never pre order with Square again. Done done done. Can't even get into this instance at almost 6in the morning. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of lack of sleep. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put this instrance here, needs to be taken out back and get the crap kicked out of them. Hear hear! Any goodwill I had from Heavensward having a relatively smooth first couple of days is gone after this travesty of a release. I literally tried from 12Am to 6Am and got zero nibbles today; "it'll work itself out" is not a solution and this is only going to explode with the official release on the 20th.

Can concur, even after 70+ hours of the bottleneck is still too high, amount of allowed through instance battles in main quest suspiciously low. Be honest with me, how many people can get through to that instance at the same time before they are denied entry? 100? 300? 500? We are TENS OF THOUSANDS TO HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS at a standard during an expansion launch! This is a show of great ineptitude and I would have you pay for this in some way or another.

Like, at this point I'm more upset about the lack of communication than anything else and what little communication has basically been telling us to wait and try again later. A major issue like this would have been resolved or at least a stop gap measure beyond severely restricting the flow of how many characters can enter would have already been implemented in some of the other larger MMOs I've played.Restricting the flow only means that more and more people get caught up to that point and the back log of people needing to finish that part of the storyline grows larger. 24 hours I was willing to sit and wait for something to be done, but nothing has been done and we've moved into day 3 of early release with no word from them on what's going on since late Friday night. Heck, at this point I'd be happy if the stupid quest just tossed you into a queue so at least you could continue on your merry way doing fates or something while waiting, even if it meant waiting up to an hour in queue for my turn. At least that way, I'm not stuck in one place playing pin the arm on the Raubahn, which is no fun for anyone.

I agree with Ismera. the complete lack of communication is terrible. If you're actually looking into it, then make an official post stating you're looking into it. telling people it will sort itself out isn't a very good response. It tells people paying for your game and expecting to at least be able to experience content that you don't really care and that's not a good business model to have. Most other MMOs would have made an official post on a stickied thread about it. no communication is a terrible idea. A better one would be to stick people in a queue with a number. At least then we'd know we could get though. I've got friends that I've told them to not buy this expansion because if this issue till it gets fixed. It's only going to get worse and won't really "sort itself out"
