Those questions were terrible.
Sadly customer support is a huge issue. Dude asked the wrong question, in my opinion, but brought up a good topic.
The Customer Support for this game is terrible. I have had so many friends temporarly banned or suspended for credit card issues they could not control.
There was even an issue highlighted recently by a community member on the ffxiv reddit ( I dont have the link on hand im sure someone else will post it eventually ) about how difficult it was to get his account fixed for a credit card charge back he did not authorize.

Happened to me in WoW, called CS waited 2 minutes had account restored and live after proving it was mine in another minute. Hilariously fast and easy. I don't make a habit of testing MMO service but the few times I did for WoW it was buttery smooth. I've actually not had issue with SE but haven't really contacted about much lol, have heard horror stories about losing account to credit card issues though. (Another thing WoW has fairly streamlined).
