This, plus tanks and healers get blamed every single time something goes wrong. So, that feeds into the whole people don't want to take responsibility, because it's just easier to blame someone else.

I still plan on using my tanks for all of the msq of 4.0 only because I know the queue times are awesome. And tbh, using a pally in single msq instances is pretty much op in cheesing things.
I'll just level the new classes through potd like everyone else.
Other thing to factor in is the number of people switching to DRK from other tank jobs. That was really the reason why DRK was just a "flavor of the month" job off the bat in Heavensward, and the majority of those who remained with DRK were players that gravitated from WAR or (mostly) PLD.
I don't want to tank because I pull slowly. Not snail slow, but I don't like pulling fast or pulling too many. It's a self-confidence issue. And in the last game I tanked in people did NOT appreciate that at all. They wanted FASTFASTFASTFAST. Even when I said at the beginning of a dungeon I didn't do that, people still got pissed about it. They would pull themselves or just flat out leave. So I stopped tanking cause I'm not putting up with the stress and bull. *shrugs* But that's just me.
DRK/PLD/WAR all to 60 and geared for months now. I'm ready baby.
The hate against tanks should end if you really want more people playing as tank.
Trials are never that bad for dps queues since you need 4 dps. For me personally I like playing tank and prefer playing it over dps. As dps you really have not much control over how the run goes as you do on tank.
People who don't like to tank/heal are never going to tank/heal regardless of what they do its a fundamental problem with MMO'S that use the trinity system you could make 10 tanks/healers and they probably still won't play it.
The only thing they can really do is continue to introduce more content that don't require a party composition to try and relieve the queues a bit.
