So.. how about that Materia conversion chart we heard about?

What I meant is that people are less willing to risk thier HQ gear when it could become some useless materia, I made a brass ring+1 (obvious DoW gear albiet low level) and it became a mind materia 1, so it then became useless to my DoW, now if that was a rank 50 +3 piece of gear, that is worth over 3 mil, it just wouldnt be worth the risk.

Why would anyone convert a +3 piece of gear that's worth 3m??? Just sell it and buy the materia >.>

if the game were a real world, and for the sake of lore well pretend it is, materia would be real also. So materia in a real world would have real variables and these variables would have been documented be people, making them common knowledge. That being said there no reason why we shouldn't have a chart to see. Its like the periodic table in, people document that sort of thing.

So basically if you dont want to see it, dont look at it.

it wouldnt be worth the risk anyway, you get the same materia from NQ gear as HQ so why would anyone do that ever.

I've been turning my dated +1 stuff into materia simply because I can't slot it with any materia. I had full sets of +1 gear for 4 classes. Most pieces I paid 1 mil or more for. I have 6 +1 DoW weapons that I plan to convert this weekend. Materia is like the lottery, you can't win if you don't play. So I will absolutely take the risk unless its a piece of gear that isn't dated.
