So the chocobo idea got scraped?

Not scrapped just complex to do, from what the live letter they had recently said.

They want to do it, they plan on doing it, they just don't know when or if they can.

Folks should really read or watch live letters.

Priority 1: Make my fat chocobo able to fight

Priority 2: Make my fat chocobo able to fight

Priority 3: Queue for DF with chocobo out

Shhhh! They were hoping you had forgotten about that.

They said the guy who did the chocobo code is busy with other tasks, and since it's complex to do they wouldn't address it until after the next expansion releases.

No they said 3.4, it most likely part of Deep Dungens in some way.
