Improve FC Housing Situation

The only person whose behaviour deserves reproach here, appears to be the present FC leader (I say 'appears' because I've only heard one side of the story). Kicking the OP for making their FC a success when the actual leader was barely logging in, is pretty scummy behaviour.

The OP didn't do anything wrong and saying this is somehow their fault or 'on them' is completely unfair, they were just unlucky.

We've all trusted someone we thought was a friend and been let down, haven't we? Sadly it's part of life.

You can definitely, legally peruse someone to pay back a loan. It would be quite an interesting world of people could borrow money without an obligation to return it if repayment was what were agreed on.

And this is the reason why i never funded any of my previous FC with money for a house.

In my own FC, My GF and i funded our own houses -> Small->Medium->Large.
Didn't ask the FC for help although some people made small donations.


Back when the game was released we builded up a LS and we had one crafter, We all donated tons of money to him to get him up in crafts. Once he was finished, he ditched us.
Lesson learned there, as i will tell you right now. You just learned a lesson for the future, If you were unhappy with your leader and apparantly so were your friends, Why not made one of your own to begin with?
