I think instead the Mystic would need its own swiftcast that would need to be put on CD to Rez like the others.

Did miss the tidbit on no BLM but yeah, would certainly need to be a longer cool-down for an instant raise or have its own version of swiftcast I think.
Ironically enough, Mystic (MYS for short) was actually at one time considered as a fourth Disciple of Magic class back when 1.0 was still in development (and brief references to 'Mysticism' as it's skill/magic set was to be known as was actually hidden in 1.0's files, but dummied out and never ultimately used), so there is very much the possibility SE may one day go back and look at it again - so the OP's concept is good as any for it. :)
It is ok, but using TP for healing is not... just very limiting? TP is always 1000, never scale with level or gear. Also, pugilist as cross class... doesn't fit a healer, even considering is a Monk healer. Also, instead a Prayer beads, with is a bit weird, you can use a long Bo (it a long stick used on some martial arts). This will change from ranged to melee, but with more range than monk, and you can add some kind of melee combo for ofensive skills. Using TP for melee combat , and MP for healing/support, could be interesting.
