Read the Party Finder before you join!

what is more annoying is when people use duty finder and then they say please kick me, I dont wanna be here and it's always a healer or tank.

Worst by far is people who come for practice (let's just pretend a Practice party was put up) wipe once but then someone will be like "S RANK SPAWNED GTG GUYS, WILL BE BACK IN A BIT" I find I always need to put "No hunt peeps" at the end of my PF's assuming people read it >.>

It's even more fun when you get someone that joins the PF(not reading that it's farm obviously) and goes yeah I'm bonus that ok? You can kick me if I mess up.

Then first mechanic that happens they go "daf*q just happened"...

I don't mind having someone in a farm party if they know and understand the whole fight, but when you join and are utterly clueless... yeah bye...

This let's me know almost instantly who doesn't read, and who has a good sense of humour! And hey, maybe I'll learn something interesting! :D

Generally, I find people who do not read aren't people who can read instructions when given in-instance. So they'd generally only hold us back from progressing in whatever it is I wanna do.

Especially if they do it immediately upon loading in. lol
Some people don't seem to know that 5 minutes need to pass before they can be kicked.

On a somewhat unrelated note, it drives me crazy when people don't stop party recruitment before beginning to kill a hunt mark. I can't count the number of times I've left duty finder queue, joined a hunt group, teleported to the location, just to find out the mark was just killed.

Ugh that's annoying too. People are so rude. I also find it funny when people say "kick me please it's an emergency" .. that much of an emergency that you can't take the 30 minute penalty? Okaaaaaaay.
