Like he said, I've heard that on certain servers, FC were owning 15 or 16 houses just for reselling....many players complained about that and, as Se did not want (or could ?) add new land at the time, they decided to strike against those house seller

There's certainly nothing stopping you from selling your house via the PF or shouts, but it just depends if somebody decides to report you for it. Some GMs see it as against ToS, some don't.

There's a subreddit designed for people that want to sell their houses, so you can always use that if you're looking to negate that risk entirely.

Because you can only abandon your plot, not resell it to an NPC or in the market board.

I've never used reddit, ever. So not sure how that works. Do you have a link or the topic thread name I can search?

If you decide to do it anyway, be carefull, considering you've post it here before, some people may report you just for "fun" :/
