Sleep Annoying

Depends on situation obviously, but in situation I describe you have 3 proc chances while healer is slept. In the event of receiving a proc, using sharp cast + thunder cloud allows you to have 3 targets with thunder ticking away. Welcome to procs'ville.

I considered this but I really don't think it's the issue since it's most notable when I am caught alone and attempting to make a retreat. Plus it'd be oddly convenient that this has never happened with any other enfeeblement, especially before Paean was revamped.
