Who is jumping ship once they start charging in November?

lmao, bail just because I have to pay a measly $15 a month. That's about 1/2 what I smoke and drink in a day.

Too many other non square enix games that aren't broken out there to justify paying. I'll come back when the letter from the producer 40 comes out and yoshida says this game is at 100%. Honestly Yoichi Wada is trying his hardest to kill this series. I WILL NOT FORGET: ffxii has a transvestite for a main character so the game could appeal to women. I WILL NOT FORGET: ffxiii was raped so that it could go onto the xbox. I WILL NOT FORGET: the entire reason this game is the laughing stock of the gaming industry is because of YOICHI FKING WADA.

Right now the futuer concepts look promising, but we're still being told we're paying for something that's currently a lump of !@#$.

as I said in another thread, this is like a company charging us pre-order customers for a game, every month, years before it comes out, just because we pre-ordered the game.

but at the same time, I understand and respect their decision. A year's worth of payments will get the game up and going quickly.

If I just take out the DVD-rental part of my Netflix (so much TV to stream can't keep up), cancel my GameFly (not playing enough to warrant this between Netflix and FFXIV), I'll have an extra $24 bux for FFXIV!

Har har! (And no I will not resort to piracy for those movies, just because I'm a sexy marauding pirate that loves booty (treasure) and hangs out in Limsa).

2.0 looks absolutely amazing...but it's a long way off (over a year). I'll start paying once this game has all of the MMO basics and some more content. Maybe after the job patch is out.

If they release a major patch every 2 months, he would still be paying half of what you pay. A month is enough time to get accustomed to the changes and then leave before the next month's pay period starts.

Technically, there was no "main character" in XII and for that one "transvestite", you had Basch, Balthier, Fran and a slew of other interesting/cool characters.
