The permit is just the permission to build the house on a purchased lot. The permits are normally sold by NPCs for 300-500K or so. The housing lot itself cannot be sold on the market board.

If you're able to buy a permit cheaper on the MB than what the NPC sells, it should save some gil! :3Quote:
