FFXI has it. Had it for a long time. I know you all want to limit possible RMT transactions but there's a lot of "business decisions" that are being made. I'm sure the dev team can do it very easily; but whatever is holding you back on your sprint backlog per the business requirements needs to be adjusted.

Please allow FC Masters to view FC points earned for each member either weekly or a date range. This should be viewable either on the FC interface itself or on the lodestone. This will allow FC masters to reward their members with prizes and the likes as incentives to be more active in their FC.

Please Bring Free Company Alliances with FC Alliance Chat + FC Alliance Teleportation to shared houses.
Bring Option to see how long a member has been in the Free Company.
A search option in the FC tab so that people are able to search for members through free companies easily.

1, is already under activities.
2, if the person is on your friendlist you can set them to usergroups, other than that, there isn't an inbuilt FC function for this.
3, That's what linkshells/linkpearls are for, and it also coincides with the lore. Start using your linkshells! (You can hold up to 8 with up to 128 members each)
5, There IS already a way to separate FC Activities in categories, there's a drop down menu to select the category under activities, and has been there for quite a while.

Edit: Regarding 3, but I'm probably wrong to assume you haven't been using linkshells/linkpearls, you probably have, assuming you've been around for 2 years.

On topic: I'd like the alliance system as well, and probably the FC Calendar.

If a player stay alway from the game to much but continue to pay the subscription, he will be discharged from the FC ?

I think we still need to fix the promotion/demotion thing. It just doesn't make sense to be able to promote above yourself, so that should be a setting maybe. Or you could have some kind of property applied to the permission setting, "Promote" with an "up to [x] rank" specification.

Also I'd love a "FC Member" Display Name color, like friends and party members have.

I think that FC's should have more than 8 ranks to them with even more incentives. Maybe even special gear similar to what WoW has that can be used to level other classes/jobs faster to 60 with like a 5% or 10% boost to experience on them that maybe scales up to 50 before it needs to be swapped out. Maybe even other ranks could include special mounts or even FC Glamour items. I know it sounds a lot like WoW in that sense, but incentives similar to those could help drive activity within an FC even more.
