I thought the opposite at first until I looked at it hard, and now I'm pretty sure it should be 1 botany mat.

Before 60/60/3 for 15 NQ, after 20/20/1 for 15 NQ
Before 9/9/9 for 15 HQ, after 3/9/3 for 15 HQ

So it was indeed a bug, as we all should have known.

I opened up a bug report about this a few days ago and they moved it to "Not a bug" forum >_>
