Are diadem glamours useless?

I think that is ridiculous, and kills a cool feature already existing in wearing the diadem gear.

Sorry for any confusion generated on my end. This topic is just about my confusion about the way this unique feature of diadem gear was handled and a misconception I had. I was hoping the topic title would frame my initial question. Maybe I worded it better in my second post. Thanks.

The topic title is "Are Diadem glamors useless". If you're going to claim it is then a stretch to assume he is talking specifically about glamors in his post then... I'm at a loss to comment without coming across as insulting.

I really want to use the blm pvp on my smn...anyone see that drop yet in diadem? :D

Not like I'd be able to glamour it on top of something though and I already have an awesome 210 body from diadem :( pls SE..haha

I'm actually a little glad you can't use them that way. As rare as getting a particular piece you want from that would be, I feel that the current situation gives the content where those looks originally come from (pvp, coil, etc.) more value and more reason for people to run it. And yes, I know that most likely, people will run into diadem gear with glamour they actually like (and don't already have) largely on accident rather than purposefully.

Why would he even assume it's about glamour? Does possible i210 gear not sound like a good enough incentive??

Then why would he bring up the item level at all if he was only talking about glamours?
