Also, There is no difference between easy, Normal, and Hard when it comes to the loot dropped. So right out the gate, it would be much more lucrative for a group that's not that organized to stick to Easy or Normal; If you were to select Hard and not be able to clear the content within the allotted time, all the % increases to loot are null and void. No extra monster sprites appear, no extra gatherer nodes, nothing about the actual content provided is different between the modes.
