Completely understanding. I did fail to mention, you could (at least in WoD) set up Personal Loot to drop spec appropriate gear as well. When I was leveling up I would run a dungeon, have personal loot set to Retribution, because DPS queue's were terrible but healing queue's were instant. So I'd go in as heals, and get gear drops for DPS.
