Personally I would like a trait to enhance Cleric Stance in some way like lower MP usage by 5-10%, increase crit chance, increase accuracy, 10% damage reduction on the user while CS is in effect, even a RNG chance that negative status effect duration would double like Aero or Heavy (not in PVP, extended heavy or sleep would be horrible for the enemy). One of those or something equally useful.
For Stoneskin trait I would like the MP cost reduced by half or maybe a 10% reflect damage buff (up to double the amount of HP that stoneskin produces) while Stoneskin is up. Being this is a Stoneskin trait, it won't effect Stoneskin II.
Something useful then the laughable traits they fished out of a hat. -

Well, since they've focused a bit more in WHM's DPS in this expansion why not do as Niroken said?
Increase acc by an amount
Increase crit by an amount
LOWER THE MP USAGE by an amount
That sound pretty cool.
Also, in my personal opinion that raise trait is plain useless, make raise aways work in battles but make the spell exclusive to WHMs/CNJs so other jobs won't raise others while in battle. Replace that trait with graniteskin or a trait that allows the usage of Stoneskin 2 while in battle.
Also i think that Selene's fey caress (the AOE esuna) should be a WHM spell, it has nothing to do with SCH or its concept it just feels weird in SCH to me, it would fit the WHM concept perfectly.
The BRD "Detriment shield" should be a SCH skill.... so basicaly, SCH got a skill that should be a WHM skill, and BRD gets an skil that should be a SCH skill.... this is just a mess XD
Of course, just my opinion.
Just another thing, the cure 3 trait is not that useful too, why not change that to "x% chance that the next Cure 3 will cost half mp and have 10y (or maybe 15) radius"??? That would be awesome in my opinion, and it would fit the "AOE burst healer" theme pretty well. -

On topic, as for the cs trait, why not something that increases the user's accuracy, as well as extends the WHM's DoTs? Possibly a 15% chance to reset durations on a successful stone 3hit? -

The idea was to create a dps stance incentive for cnj for using cleric stance, not directly a damage buff. A hey here a free cure to get you back into healing or here's a swift cure so you can stance dance faster X3
