Crazy me but I just repair my gear every time it needs it before I switch to a new gear set. It is not very hard...not to me anyway.

Okay, fair enough. Physical limitations is something I can understand. However, if your issue really boils down to having to click too many times in a row, ask yourself why you need to always repair all of your gear at once. It sounds like you're giving yourself extra trouble for no reason by trying to repair gear you aren't actively using. Getting into the habit of repairing only the gear you're currently using will drastically reduce the number of consecutive clicks you have to make while still maintaining a safe level of durability for your gear across the board. Bonus points if you can mend your own gear so you can go even longer between repairs.

Tell me a good reason why not?
Seriously. That's probably the answer you'd get if you asked them.
The savings would still be pretty insignificant, especially when there are already easy ways to address the OP's "too many clicks" problem.
Because people forget and there's nothing more annoying than "shit, gears broke. Was on X all day, didn't expect to be tanking".
"repair all" to equiped gear is enough, imo
I only repair equip that I have currently on.
I don't need repaired miner equip if i'm on monk. It can wait until I switch to miner.
Level up DoH classes to 50. Have dark matters in the inventory. And then you can also repair your equip in the middle of a dungeon run in just 5 seconds. It's also cheaper than the repair NPC.
I just repair my own gear through my DoH classes as necessary, so it doesn't really affect me.
To me, having to click through all the drop-down menus is more annoyance than anything. Having an omni-repair button would definately save me 10 seconds.
