Only sad thing is that I would sometimes ask party members to kick me so I could immediately return as a needed role. You could turn a 10 minute wait for a new tank into a 30 second wait for a new dps. Now you either abandon and get a lock-out, or get kicked and get a lock-out.
They should allow changing class in duty if a role is missing. -

It's too bad there isn't some kind of a rep system. That way if someone is repeatedly abusing the votekick system their rep gets so bad, that they eventually can't votekick anymore. But at the end of the day, the fix address's a issue that a lot of players have had a issue with. And the potential abuse is far less likely. Trolls/bully's are out there, but they will be reported, just like they always have been.
