Is the Lightning event going to be coming back?

Lightning must have a summer beach house in mist cuz why else would she ever come back to eorzea for the 4th 5th time? Lol

I don't really mind if she comes back.. Id love to have tha chance to get the lightninh hair and outfit.

As A complete noobie, this intrigues me greatly! I hope they bring back the event!!
