Yeah but, speculation On, they will fix the lightspeed, so, just speculating I think the power reduction will be cutter to 10% instead of 25%. And that's fine.
AST: why can't we use time dilation on ourselves?

For heavy movement it could be marginally useful, but we already have two instant heals, plus the instant heal from the Benefic II proc. I can't think of many encounters that would really need so much movement that you would need more than those instant options.Quote:
