The big problem is that we are ability synced and that we cant do it with friends.
I've leveled my machinist from lvl 30 to 48 in low level roulette and ive never done a level 40+ dungeon so I have no idea what my rotation is at that level yet.
Also I want to do it with my friends. Me and my sister wanted to level jobs together in low level roultte since she doesnt have much time she can only do them once and then she has to go, and well she doesnt feel like playing because we can't play together

Its there with incentive to insure that the low level dungeons will always have people running and end up helping out the people who are just starting out in those dungeons. Yeah sometimes you get people who are all maxed out just wanting their law, but that happens. It's annoying losing alot of your skills but it happens.
As well I've probably seen more D.D. this week then any other dungeon, and had two Vault runs, so atlesat it isn't always the first three dungeons for now.
Also while technically all the roulettes are for helping the people new to the dungeons within, the Low Level one has always been the one specifically called out for that, which is also why you can't make a party for it since it increases the chances of vets playing with newbies, instead of them just being with other vets. Does kinda suck you can't do the Roulette itself with your low level sister but in that case you can run the highest dungeon she can do and still get good rewards, as well as a much higher chance of her getting gear she needs.

If its to help a new person or a first timer, sure no worry. However even I sit there scratching my head when I notice were all level 60 synced down to level 15.

I always get 51-60 dungeons in low roulette. 55 dungeon without fail....every time.

If there's actually a low level player in the party I'm always happy to do it.
It's when it gives you Copperbell or Totorak and every single person in the party is between 50 and 60.
"Roulette?"
"Roulette."
Nobody needed it. Nobody wanted it. But you all must suffer together for those law tomes.

It's worth noting that you can actually earn MORE experience points for 51-59 jobs doing low level roulettes than you can for doing the high level roulettes. The bonus is just that much better, and you can actually earn XP from mobs as well. So, there's a good reason to do low level roulettes already.
