Mine started working this morning around 5:30am EST. I I'm currently updating again cause my PS4 shut off, But now while patching you may encounter a "unable to patch" with these numbers [20512] / [20496]. These are the same numbers from my research that others have gotten based on ISP connection issues. They said to just continue trying to update you may get it in 3 trys or 12 trys. I'm on my 3rd try and i'm currently updating rest of the patch files that consist 9gbs of data which is the rest of Heavnsward data. Hope this helps.
