Digital pre order on PSN for PS4 and does not work

I listened to the person who said delete and redownload Heavensward but after deleting the game I kept getting an error message yesterday and late yesterday the game isn't even available for purchase anymore.:eek:

Even after being uninstalled, the game listing should be accessible from your ps4 game library. From there you should be able to download it again and reinstall.

1. You say you digitally purchased it. Was it just Heavensward you purchased? or was it the bundle?
2. When you first downloaded it and ran the game, were you prompted to link heavensward to a service account?
3. If the answer to Q2 is no, and since deleting and reinstalling didn't work, have you tried going through your library to FFXIV, and going through related items to access the xpac directly and see if it needs to be manually installed?

It was just Heavensward and no I was never asked to link it to a service account, I really feel like that is where the problem is. and yes I have gone to the library but it is telling me that it is already installed. the other crazy thing is that the PlayStation store says I have only paid for the Standard edition (and that is correct) but it shows standard and collectors edition on my service list, also when I scroll to add on it only shows collectors edition.

when I did that, it already said it was downloaded.

The pre order was through a digital download, I checked my mog station and it says I have heavensward early access but when I log in to my game from ps4 it never asked me to register the service account. just logged in as normal with no early access and everything that goes along with it.
