makes sense, xi had less people on the development team and people use that as "omg xiv is so suck when they have more devs" but really modern gaming takes more devs, the more the merrier.

More devs also means more people to work on more content.

More content = Larger more enjoyable world

Now I'm excited :D

Too bad i don't live in Japan (or speak japanese)...or i'd apply for an interview...

They should accept people to work in a home office system...this way i could give it a try and then give you guys the taste of my awesomeness regarding gaming development! /o/

This reminds me the same situation a few years ago, when they were employing GMs, but only if they were living in LA.

To be totally accurate we got them on launch day.

Otherwise they wouldn't be standing at the chocobo stables right now.

I doubt it is the case but it could also mean bad news. For example, most of those sound like positions that are already filled, what if part of the old team went on strike/decided to walk out all at once due to bad treatment/hours/work load/yoshi.p chain smoking and blowing too much cigarette smoke in their face etc.

Probably not the case but all things must be considered.
