Anyone else's excitement at breaking level 50 slightly curbed by...

Not even worried. 2.5 gcd gives me plenty of time to switch pages on a cross hotbar. Also we'll have an entire month before Savage mode opens up....plenty of time to get used to the new skills.

Look at it this way:

PLD already has two potential macros, one for defensive CDs and one for Circle/Spirits, a possible third if you wanna put awareness/sentinel on their own macro as well.

We've made space. XD

Well seeing as the HW expert will consist of level 60 dungeons. yeah, real stupid to make you need level 60 to do level 60 dungeons...... (sarcasm mode off)

Unless they fix the macro queuing like regular abilities, I'm not going to be using them in battle.
I'm not so worried about the hotbar real estate, but I'm more worried about activating the new hotbar/area with my mouse. So far, my g600 has 28 hotbar spots assigned to it. But I'm pretty much at the limit.

Maybe I'll finally have to make a separate macro profile (for the mouse not ingame macros). I've never actually utilized the gshift function due to it's delay. Maybe... maybe...

I am not worried due to the fact its only 5 skills......and majority of them are not constantly used all the time.. I welcome the change...its not like im going ot belevel 60 anytime soon... im leveling my alt / dark to level 50

Just add Ctrl, Shift, Alt, Ctrl + Shift, Ctrl + Alt, Alt + Shift, then you get 72 extras :p

Or you can get a Warmouse Meta and free up them movement keys ;)

most of the new skills do look like they tried to give more cooldowns to classes with big rotations and bigger rotations to the classes with too many cooldowns at least.

I literally have like 7+ free spaces on my 3 bars for every job. I don't know how people are filling them up when there just aren't enough abilities on your class to do that. My main concern is where I'm going to actually keybind them.

With the controller hotbar, I've already cleared some space for new actions and I feel like I have plenty of room. I had been quick swapping between 2 hotbars, but now I am using the RT+LT as a shared hotbar with actions that are used on multiple jobs (Blood for Blood, Invigorate, Limit Break, etc.).

So in Heavensward, i'll still be swapping between 2 hotbars in battle but also have the third shared set available for quick access.

I'm ready!

Sometime ago I setup a new shared action bar. So all my jobs have 4 unshared now... But main reason was I do PVP and I know that it was going.

Also I know I would love different hud per job and they said that would be prefect with the armory system but that's as far as it got.
