Can We Get a Housing System Update for 3.0? New Wards Confirmation?

I've heard them mention new wards, I hope these come BEFORE the launch though, as trying to get one at the exact same time Heavensward launches would be chaos.

Prefer they add a retroactive timer to how long your account can be inactive before you lose your spot and get your money back to be honest.

I have been saying this for the 3 months I have been playing. Inactivity and not paying your sub to support the game in my opinion are qualifications for foreclosure and seizure of your property. This way housing is meant for who it should have been meant for, PAYING SUBSCRIBERS.

A reasonable timer could be something like 9 months inactivity, its enough time to have passed to fairly assume that the player might not be returning.

Honestly, I suppose it could be 3.05 but I have a feeling new plots will come 3.1 which is around September.

What was the last time we saw new plots added to the game anyway? 2.3? I've been sitting on a bunch of gil for months because somebody got the last available medium house in Ragnarok's Mist, and haven't heard anything for way too much time.
