The whole Summoner "has been re-worked" is sad

Unless dots are all getting their timers increased, how are we going to work this in, or when your in bahamaut mode how do you recast dots

No, he made it clear that they are not adding new egis but the current ones would get new spells. He did go on to say something about Carbuncle for Summoners but the lady did not translate it right and noone has any idea what Yoshi was talking about.

Months ago.

Thing about game development though, especially games which are perpetually in development (eg MMOs): Plans change. Until it's actually out, never expect anything to be exactly as stated - and even once it's out don't expect it to stay that way forever.

Huh, more abilities for the Egis themselves? Are they going to add slots to the bars? There's no room left on the current pet hotbar for anything. I'm loving that Tri-Disaster change though.

I was reaaaaaaally looking forward to get new egis... My guess is that whole "re-desiging" SMN took so much time that they can't give us new egis but... Still.

If they are afraid to water down SMNs by adding new spells for new egis, I can sorta understand that. Yes, I am aware that they did say they were planning on adding more egis, they chose not to. What can you do? I guess I'm just not as bothered as other people but I'll wait to see how SMNs play out in 3.0 -shrugs-

Oh come on. Stop saying that they said 100% they will add new egi's.
They only said -IF- they add new Egis it only will be with a increase of the level.
