So this dx 11 client...

Does anyone actually have a source for their information? People are saying opposite things.

Dx11 can be made a toggle thing inside the client, but it will always require a game restart for it to take effect.

They've said it can be downloaded for free when it's released. It will almost certainly be a fairly small download. Most, if not all, assets will be unchanged, so the majority of the game will be the same as far as data goes. Most of the visual improvements come from lightning and rendering techniques, though it's possible that the download will include new/ updated shaders as well. It will almost certainly be much smaller than any 2.x patch has ever been if you're worried about that.
