I wish they'd rename the Summon skills from Roman numerals to the affiliated element (Summon I --> Summon Wind).

Both of these ideas do seem preferable to the current Summon command naming conventions. However if we are going on the assumption that SMN will only get one Egi for each aspect, then why not just name each Summon command after the actual Egi. Summon III could simply be called Ifrit for example. Though I guess you could argue the reason for the ambiguously named "Summon" command is coz Summon and Summon II are shared with SCH.
Why don't they just say Summon "Garuda" instead of the odd numerals.
Iirc, its 2 new egis that have been confirmed for expansion - Leviathan and Ramuh, but this info comes from quite some time a go, so they may be adding in a third. And sadly with the lore behing phoenix in this game (FcoB), i am just going to put this out there and say, yeah, you wont be getting a phoenix egi. What would be nice would be the egi versions of the new primals, since they would be interesting.
Sadly the summon i wanted the most we wont get, poor Diablos relegated to a dungeon boss :(
but, more than anything else, i want an epic limit break 3 for summoner:)
Shiva was also confirmed by Yoshi as the Egi that's cute shrouded in Ice.
Yeah I agree the chances of a Phoenix Egi are rather slim, but he is a Primal nonetheless so I guess there is always a chance. I am looking forward to seeing the SMN LB3 though. The popular theory seems to be that our LB3 will be summoning a full Primal, which then casts its signature move and is then dismissed. But who knows on that front, we will just have to wait and see. However I feel pretty confident that we will get an Egi of Bismarck and Ravana.
This is true. Since Levi is already attributed to water, I figure Bismarck will be of a different attribute. But from what little we have seen of Bismarck so far, it's hard to tell what attribute that could be. Unless he's a non attributed Primal.
Ah ok, I guess the chances of Diabolos being a Primal are pretty slim then. There may still be hope for Siren though.
Here, Bismark doesn't look like he's water-aspected, but rather wind-aspected instead (given he's flying through the clouds).
But who knows at this point...we'll have to see once the actual expansion comes out.
WRONG. Here, siren is a species of creatures and NOT a primal/aetheric-based being.
You're right in that Diabolos is a voidsent, though (and they hinted at his possible return).
