Request for joke weapons

I like joke weapons in sRPGs, for many reasons - they're optional to when I want them and often a passing humor but, I'd be afraid to see this become a thing in FFXIV at least more than it already has. The temporary disruption of a succinct art design would be replaced with constant disruption and burning of disbelief - If they could be glamoured.

Umbrella that could function (open up, block rain, good role play value), and could be used as a goofy weak unglamourable weapon would be cool (I would like to see that then, specially an umbrella kind of makes sense in a world design); however, the already naked snowman head now fighting with an umbrella.. ugh. I know we're in disagreement, but imo that would look even more awful.

Jokes to be jokes in the appropriate places is fun, jokes to make the entire game a joke.. Its not really my thing.

Only if they drop from Greg Extreme. Mogfork is a pretty good joke weapon.

Ninjas need a fork and spoon combo. A shovel or rake would be fun for dragoon.

Give lalafells potato body suits.

In FFXI they had a squeaky toy hammer. They also had a full assortment of magical girl toy wands, one of which turned you into a baby Mithra.

We already have joke weapons, look at the Paladin Epic.

How bout a Candy cane for a white mage or black mage as part of the next christmas event. Then a pair of lolipops for ninjas?

Some of the Mog weapons already qualify as joke weapons, I think...
