382. You will be able to reach 362 only using food. This is not a very big problem - you will need to craft manually and hit once alc15 skill Tricks of the Trade at any good condition. If it happens under SH2, one of the Basic Touches will become unsafe - 70% of success only.
i think that your main goal will be to get artisan primary tool - 8 tokens. It is very serious buff, more than you can get from 2 aritsan items (4 tokens each). But check all artisan tools and gear stats and only then decide in which order you will get it.
Ps sorry you have very few cp and bouillbasse hq will give you 41 cp only and you will have 360 cp only under food. So, you will need to cath 2 good conditions and hit ToT, or meld 2 cp somewhere.

Well, the one thing that I know will help that I haven't done yet is to meld my accessories. There I can add CP as my belt and all my accessories do not have any material yet.

Maybe it will be better for you to make few melds with low cost materia having in mind to remeld your gear later. Maybe it should be better for you to reach minimum you need to craft tokens and get i70 unmeldable artisan gear 20 tokens needed + 8 tokens for tool. -

I would really advise against using basic touch rotation if you're lacking the cross class skills and undergeared.
Basic Touch is a luxury skill for people who have 4-star stats when they want to craft 2 star and lower items..
Hasty Touch will come out on top most of the time. You can fit in about 6-7 basic touches at your current CP situation as opposed to 11 or 12 depending on ToTT proc. just 10 hasty will give you an average of 8 successes, and more will obviously be better.
Having said that, your CP pool is too low to come up with a decent rotation even with HQ Bouillabaisse without accounting for ToTT. If you have it, you'll need 2 procs of Good condition which means you should be just fine.
Also, for melding your accessories.
If you meld Con + 3 as your first materia.
Then CP+3 CP+3 Craftsmanship+4, and Con+1 as your fifth one, that should save you some money over using a tier 4 control materia.
It may be cheaper also to swap the Craftsmanship +4 and the CP+3 order if Competence II is more expensive than Cunning III.
I've come up with a couple of rotations using the lokyst simulator but I don't think that one creates links :(
ffxivcrafter.com seems to be down atm. I'll post the rotations later when I have a chance.

Where you basically use hasty touch under SH II, regain as much CP as possible with ToT, and use mani to restore dura.
Don't ToT when the Waste Not is active. Note that to have enough CP for this rotation, you will need to have 7 more CP melded to your equipment, and must atleast ToT once. The rotation requires about 27 CP more then you would have using HQ Bouillabaisse. Otherwise you will need atleast 2x ToT uses.
Note that since this one uses Rumination: be aware of how much CP you would get back if you don't reach 11 stacks of Inner Quiet.

Thanks all for the information. However, I am going to have Byregot's before I attempt these. I'm currently working on carpenter and got to lvl 35 last night. I just need a few more cross class skills (at least the lvl 15 ones).
I'm just confused now as to what CP I should be aiming for. I have no problem SB'ing and getting a bunch of matiera on my accessories, and I will use the guide posted to do so.
Should I be aiming for CP in the 360 range? -
