They are probably getting lot of orders now, I wouldn't sweat it. Just wait till tomorrow and if no sight then contact them.
Before you say anything, I'm one of those people who don't have the pre order code either yet.
uhmm in my pre-order confirmation, is stated black on white that they will provide me with a new email and the details of how to access around 10 days prior to the launch ? did I miss something ???

I am having the same issue and just recently got off the phone with support. Essentially I received the email confirmation and can see my order on the web site, but the pre-order code does not appear.
Support told me that quite a few people have called about not receiving codes and that they are aware of the issue. They will be sending new codes to affected individuals.
It may still be worth calling if you are in the same boat since she elevated my issue.
weird, we will see...I am not overly worried....ahead of the official release doesnt mean 3 months ahead does it ? or it does ?? ok I seriously think I missed something here..lol

Maybe I'm missing something, but it clearly says that they will not charge you until 10 days before launch, so why do you expect them to give you a code if you didn't pay yet?
