Looking for a new server to call home

Just out of curiosity...

Were you able to transfer without any concern for the character creation limits imposed on Gilgamesh? My sister-in-law is trying to play, but she can't create on Gilgamesh. :(

how is the difference in connection? im thinking of xfering from behemoth but it says since its in a different data center the connection would be poor even though they are both NA just one data center is labeled Primal and the other Aether. i got on one of the Aether servers ran around and did some combat and the connection seemed just as good as it is on my server.
