BLM crafted 110 set. advice pls

Depends lol. What are your right side items and what are you working towards.

If you go piety you really need to load it on, you'll need at least +70 after food and SCH buff. The damage boost is negligible for a 6 fire rotation, but the materia is cheaper than the alternatives.

How many melds do the crafted gear need in order to be viable? E.g. 2 level IV materia + 3 level III? If melded this way, will they definitely be better than the equivalent non-augmented poetics gear?

I'm a smn also thinking if I should get some crafted gear or just buy all poetics gear before getting some coil loots. Was considering the headgear but the dreadwyrm one drops in t10 so might not be worth it.

well patch is pretty soon so I will look at the new options then before truly deciding on which if any to craft.

but I will probs do rings assuming they can be bis or equal atleast.


another question, why is everyone stacking so much spell speed on these crafted items instead of det.??

I see the benefit of the ss from jumping upto ironworks but was wondering if there was some other reason behind the decision.??
