Yea well thats what I mean, I think something changed in the last patch since they were able to land it extremely often and now maybe 2-3 times a fight. I'm wondering if its a formula thing or maybe a damage thing like Isaaru was saying

I find this kind of confusing TBH.
I'm not trying to be a dick but we just (a few hours ago) watched your LS kill Mosshorn and you went 8-10 Bloodletters without sticking the DoT. Typically Mosshorn is MUCH easier for us land the DoT on than Great Buffalo. So I'm confused as to how our results seem reversed I guess.
I just think he's lying to be honest. If you are are please refrain from making things up, it's a waste of our time. That being said I feel my theory is pretty valid on the damage being the determinant of the success rate of landing the debuff. I will try and do more testing with screenshots.
I guarantee some of my LS mates are looking here and can back me up on that fight. I know that it sticks nearly every time of the buffalo but i cant say for certain on the mosshorn but it seemed like it was every other. The mosshorn is the only one I have issues with. I have no idea what you saw to be honest really. And why would I be making this up? Not like it does anything productive.
I've seen the debuff pop up several times in all of the NM's, and then the eventual "Bloodletter has inflicted 500 damage to the 'Insert NM name here'."
It almost ALWAYS lands.
I have to agree with the people that say bloodletter is easy to stick on buffalo. On other NMs not so much, Uraeus almost seems immune to the debuff or I'm just not paying that much attention.

Thats so weird that we're getting opposite results. Our archers say that they have a much easier time landing bloodletter on Uraeus than GB. We're finding it easy to land bloodletter on everything but Buffalo. I wonder why we're getting such drastically different results. Is there anything you guys do in specific to land bloodletter? Anything stat-wise? Maybe food or a specific type of arrow?
