Frontline PvP: Tips for Dragoons

Also a quick tip as a DRG player. If you splurge all your cooldowns (All of them) on a Node up top if you're B team, if the enemy doesn't expect it you can steal the node by their ramp with your raw burst even if you're up against 3 people. Gryzz is da man, Rank 45 and still going ham all day every day.

DRG is pretty powerful now (was before too though). As far as our team goes I do enjoy the STR party buff he gives that MRD and NIN do not. 8D

is there a specific accuracy to shoot for? or just go balls deep with crit/det and not worry about accuracy

I assume you talking about solo, right? Drg vs Bard is in your favor since they are squishy and their damage becomes crap when you are in their face. You got Fetter Ward which says nope to Blast Shot and Shadow Bind, even if that wasn't up, you have your 2 gap closers, Spineshatter and Dragonfire Dive. (sprint and enliven/ invigorate too! 8D)

p.s. Omg, Gryzz, that match just now was so clutch. How many people did you guys send to big node, jeez? (Also, stop trying to stab my chocolate lalafell alt. D: )

We were B, so just us 8 lol

EDIT: wait no, after node was said and done I noticed some greens following us around from the top. Now I have no idea.

You know damn well it was more than 8! xD Hell, our side had us as B team AND some/all of Blubbers and we still didn't get the node! lol

Some of the dps probably got knocked off from mid and probably a little CC from healers.

No helping Dragoons they hit hard enough as is. Not sure what attack it is but been hit by a few Dragoons for over 2.5k. Those jumps can be a bit of a pain when you are trying to get away before a wipe.

lol It wasn't many aside from us at top.... our party wrecked on damage. Node or not, our pugs were too much to carry.

Yea, temple team did nothing for us that fight at all :c .

But it was our warmup after a while without queueing as a team. We rocked hard the rest of the night, but we wanted to face the full yellow alliance again. Let us know when you queue up! We can try for the same days.

I'm definitely up for this. Our group called it for the night after that run but some from our linkshell kept going. You guys had a clutch sleep on our black mage i covered right as he LB'ed so it got wasted. Was definitely fun when we cleared out your markets group, prepped for the 2 group charge, and then we saw you guys heading in. There was a lot of profanity going on mumble as we saw gryzz heading in but we were actually REALLY happy we were able to hold out as long as we did.

I also talked with Luna last week about doing something like a German-server full Crystal Tower alliance cross-server pre-made queue with you guys sometime. Could be hilarious speed running it =). Also tell Drakko he has to head back to adders!
