Not only my heal spells are macro'ed with Embrace, but my dps spells too are actually Embracing one of the tank with <2> or <3> (WHM can take care of the raid, but if you want more freedom just put a <t> instead).

As long as you're hiting 1 macro'ed spell each GCD of the fairy (approximatively) Eos won't have time to heal someone else (this is near to the "spamming Embrace to be sure she will cast it on the right person"). So the thing is only about being always active, always hiting macros, or you can just play without any macro and really spamming the Embrace spell while you are also using others spells.

In fact Eos is not 100% controlled as long as you don't take care of it, even few seconds. Otherwise, she is. I wouldn't like this option because that would be too easy, I think the job of the SCH is mainly about managing well the fairy, thus you would cancel the main difficulty of the job adding the option.

It use to work this way. It was amazing.
Controller limitations is the motivation I imagine.

I think that SE must add a 'turn off' options to pets skills. Just For those players that wants it. Its fair.

I don't mind the auto-Embrace. What I mind are both SMN & SCH's pets never prioritizing any skill you hit for them. Hitting something like Whispering Dawn or Contagion should stop interrupt their current action in Obey mode immediately and initiate/cast what you just hit.

I've read that using the "steady" order followed by any skill will cause the pets to cancel and perform the action immediately, so you could try and add a "steady" into your macros and see if it makes a difference.

im at a loss as to how giving SCHs the option to turn off Eos auto Embrace affects cure 2 3 1 or any skills a WHM has at all?

I suggested what i did, am im sorry if i spoke poorly in my post, but it was to ensure that i had control. So that when i clicked what i did it would happen when i clicked it :D

It wouldn't add anything at all to SCHs healing ability's, heck if the SCH wasn't good it could only hurt his healing.

I'm not insane right im getting my suggestion across right?? 0.0 right? :(

I hear you for sure on that macro makes Eos easier to play, But i hit that button BECAUSE i control that macro, thats why im for it. Lets say i need to embrace heal one party member and he doesn't need physick. Well i would hit embrace right no prob for that target right? but if shes already in her cast for another party member i have to wait for a delayed heal when i use the physick/embrace macro for a player who needs that.

this is hurting my brain. I hope i didn't melt anyone's iq :D

Now if i completely misread your message and were not on the same page feel free to thrash me.

And even if we did acquire control of this auto embrace option anyway, wouldn't Eos still be behind on her healing?

Yes, Eos has a 3 second CD to cast embrace, Physick will be faster. And fairy is not affected by SS.
