Mudra's seem sluggish?

I thought i was seeing things o.O under good conditions i can get off a 3 step ninjutsu in the time it takes for the gcd to complete. But someof them i had to sit back and watch the bar spin on my mudras (usually in large, laggy areas)

So many Rabbit Medium errors because I didn't know if the game registered by mudra or not... Sometimes it works smooth and flows perfectly, .5 between each, other times it's 1 second. A bit inconsistent since I do the same thing each time...

Yep it's the lag. If there is any at all, it will really f*ck with your mudra. Hell, I'm lazy and put <wait.1> tags after each and latency STILL causes me to miss. . . a LOT. Latency has been really bad after 2.4, and with a .5 GCD it messes with mudras worse than anything else.

I have this problem on my SMN Rush+Spur macro and those two abilities don't even share cooldown.
I have noticed my mudras taking .5 secs to activate if I use it right after the first weaponskill, the second mudra normally has no lag but it does mean it takes longer than it should to use ninjutsu

Haha this is exactly what i have been encountering aswell, throws shuriken just to see mob gets suddenly blasted with lightning :3

The problem for european players is the delay to the canadian servers...it's a real pain in the *** when mudras get recognized too late or accidently get double cast.

For the macro folks... you lose a ton of dps through macroing. You cant wait 0.5 seconds so the macro can only wait 1.0 sec which is 1.5 seconds waste of time per mudra. So imo not really worth

with latency, you can assume that you can macro mudra with 1 sec wait (<wait> standard is 1 sec), so macro is useable if you are not sure about finger press. Lose 1 sec DPS is better than wasting 20 sec no dmg, depend on point of view. If you are going to macro mudra, I suggest only do it for 2 mudra and press the 3rd one manual

i think they need to add a small windows that show up which mudra we do have register

The icon for Ninjutsu changes depending on which Mudras you have casted so far. If you watch it, it'll show you what Ninjutsu you'll use if you cast it.

an example of trouble you can face, you actionnate Chi> Jin but only fuma shuriken appear, because of the latency, you dunno which mudra you did register... do it have get Chi or Jin? i did end in quite weird situation because of the latency on the mudra, adding a windows will take them close of no time, and will make the mudra more clear. we will all gain from this, it will be a QoL change for the ninja and it ninjutsu.
