With the current system, yes. With the new one, the article clearly says "individual characters", meaning you buy X amount of fantasia to character Y.

At the calamity npc you can change some of those things When you look in the For men for ladys option

I've been preparing for this ever since the announcement. I can't remember the payment options for the current system however. If it's the same as subs minus gametime cards I won't be able to get the new fantasias, what with UltimatePay being gone for Crysta :/ (I used that for Paypal, don't have a creditcard)

Could always get one of those prepaid credit cards CVS or Walmart offers! I think they're called Vanilla Visa...or something like that.
