Fantasia in desired quantities (21 October?)

So:

We are pleased to announce a long-awaited change to the Fantasia purchasing service. Beginning in mid-October, players will have the option to purchase Fantasia in desired quantities for individual characters. In preparation for this change, the current purchasing system will conclude on October 20 at 3:00 (GMT).

A separate announcement will be made prior to the recommencement of sales.
