Here's a suggestion that might help you: join DF if they happen to be on Relic Nexus bonus window opened. Majority of them will be filled with high-geared players farming their nexus and the fight would be finished fast. :)

It's a shame but Fights like EX titan and EX Ifrit just have no place anymore. Their gear sucks and you don't need them for progressing to Ramuh.

I do wish they put in Duty Roloute Extreme Primal. Just increased the bonus of Myth Earn to 200 and 100 Soldiery. This will get a lot of people do it and actually stick around to clear it. It also benefits everyone especially players that need clear on it. Like everyone said, right now it served no purpose and the content is so obsolete and will even get more overtime. It's a shame since the ex primals are so fun to do especially Titan Ex, and Levi Ex. Hate Ramuh Rx and Moogle ex though.
