So glad I got them when they were there. If your server won I believe I read that they are delivered via mail, not sure if after the event or during. But another nice glamour item for sure.

It's never delivered via mail. You need to buy from a special moggle NPC.

Last year the cactuar and bomb earrings were purchasable from the Itinerant Moogle, located in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X:8, Y:13), Old Gridania (X:10, Y:6), & Ul'dah: Merchant's Strip - Steps of Thal (X:11, Y:11). No doubt it will be the same for this year when the lucky servers that win get their cactuar and dodo earrings.
