Now then. How to get the earrings

Okay now that I know My server won the earrings I want to know how to get them. A previous topic was complaining that it's OP missed them because they weren't mailed so that's out. Another poster That topic also stated that there's an NPC that sells them. My question is where is that NPC? (Applak Falls was also in the same post, but I can't spell it as you can see)

Last time they did this event, you could get the item from an NPC moogle. But you probably won't be able to buy them until after TGS or when 2.4 actually goes live at the very latest.

They will post a vendor at a later date that will sell the earrings for 1g. That's right, 1g. But they will only set the vendor up after TGS is over so you 're still going to have to wait.

I doubt it's over, the Eorzean Census is tomorrow, and all the 2.4 stuff is the day after. I think we're just getting started - and looking at the winning servers list, I won't be surprised if they had to do a lottery round 2 like last time.

Oh. :P Thought I was going crazy, lol! Didn't expect to see anything happening till the weekend at least, but yeah looks like it's scheduled from thurs-sun.

In that scenario they would have to break out the bomb earrings again.

On the other hand they probably prepared for this with some new "emergency designs" just in case this happens

Also, for the love of all things sacred, when you see this moogle, BUY ALL OF THE THINGS. The moogle will disappear after a few weeks (I think?) and will be gone until next year. So many people from last year complaining about the inability to buy earrings due to not realizing the vendor who sold them was temporary.

Honestly, the cactuar and bomb earrings will probably never be seen again. If the dodo earring is a sweep we'll probably get different earring entirely. Maybe a coblyn earring?
