Retainer Ventures...

Mine only bring me back fish... I'm starting to think making them both catgirls might have been something of a mistake...

I got the tiny tapir once, but most of the times I get skins or something useless from normal ventures...

quick ventures are kind of the same thing, but at least I make some money with what they bring me...
unless they bring me another Moogle book for SCH.
I already have 3 of them. damn.

I got the minecart minion, a few mossy weapons, and mostly junk since 2.3.

Then about two weeks later SE didn't like that so they gave us the pool of items quick ventures can get now. I think they are, unfortunately, satisfied with the modified loot drops for quick ventures. =/

My level 15 gladiator retainer apparently managed to somehow kill Good King Moggle Mog, and bring me back the pugilist weapon ... I wish I could have her as tank in my parties ;)

Wait... Did they actually patch those out? I've been getting rubbish lately, but thought it was just bad luck.
If they can't bring back primal weapons and such anymore, I might as well stop bothering though.

Yeh DOW/DOM retainers bring back the tiny tapir, I believe miners bring back the miniature minecart

Quick ventures can still bring back primal weapons as far as I know, they patched out the ability to get 3-star crafted items since they were kinda released in the patch that the ventures were.

(Not directed at the quoted poster) The whole point of quick ventures is that you are gambling at getting something valuable. If it paid off all the time it would be stupid.

As far as exploration ventures, my PGL has brought back Mossy Stone weapons very often and my BTN has brought back a Floss Silk which is crazy expensive and used in the Stuffed Goblin.
