You seem to be in Europe, so if you do not wish/can not use credit card to subscribe, you could buy time cards on amazon or game.co.uk for example.

if you have a game stop or can go to the web site you can get a 60 day card for $30

anyway 35$ not bad for me
so the problem is that the Collector's Edition is ended and i bought the standard Edition
the Question is can i play with my Character from Collector's to the standard or i say goodbay XD

Again, you need to get in contact with player support. They should be able to credit you with another month of the game onto a single account.
